Marketing / Media Traffic Coordinator - Agency Exp

Hours per week – 32- 40


Summary:
The Marketing / Media Traffic Coordinator will support the delivery of all forms of media, graphics, web, writing and editing, photo and video.

Responsibilities:
Runs reports in Resource Management System (RMS),
Assists in tracking project deliverables
Schedules meetings
Archives assets and closes jobs in RMS
Assists Project Manager

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 yrs experience as a marketing/ media traffic coordinator within an agency, or internal creative services environment. Bachelor Degree required.
- Experience creating reporting
- Must be able to demonstrate how they motivate a team of creative resources
- Basic creative design skills
- Must be flexible, highly adaptable, and have experience working in high pressure / deadline driven environments
- Must be professional, service oriented and politically saavy
- Demonstrated problem solving skills

Software / Computer requirements:
- Basic Adobe CS6 knowledge in Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop
- Proficient on a PC platform
- Proficient in MS Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience using scheduling tools / programs (ie: MS Project, File Maker Pro or other)

Onboarding Requirements:
Background Screen, Reference Checks and NDA required.
