Marketing & Data Analyst

Vitamin T is working with a growing healthcare agency looking to introduce a marketing analyst to their team to act as the aggregator, organizer and communicator of all campaign data. You will be responsible for collecting data sets in different formats provided by different media vendors, digital partners and clients. You will manage the organization of the data and all baseline reporting in a visual format that can be understood and provide value to different team members across the agency including the Digital Strategist, Integrated Media team and Account Management teams. You will regularly monitor all digital media campaign performance and work closely with the Integrated Media team to quickly identify opportunities for optimization. You will work closely with the Digital Strategist and Account Management teams to identify digital campaign insights driven by trends, media optimizations, content wear out, and algorithm changes. You will assist in the digital campaign planning process by helping to define benchmarks for strategies and media tactics. The Data Analyst will report directly to the Digital Strategist and will also work very closely with the Integrated Media team.


Job Responsibilities:
 Aggregate and organize all marketing campaign data for all accounts
 Regularly monitor digital media campaign performance and work closely with the integrated media team to identify opportunities for optimization
 Report baseline campaign performance and data-driven insights in a clear and presentable manner by leveraging visualization tools and live dashboards
 Communicate campaign performance and insights to the appropriate team members throughout the agency including, but not limited to, the digital strategist, integrated media team, and account management teams
 Analyzing Google Analytics to understand the full context of our campaign performance
 Identify data-driven insights and make recommendations to help increase campaign performance
 Work with media, account teams and outside partners/vendors to ensure all campaign assets are tagged appropriately for tracking and reporting
 Support the digital strategist by providing data-driven campaign insights to inform shifts in digital strategy or inform a new digital strategy
 Support the digital strategist and integrated media team in defining benchmarks during the planning phase and assist throughout the campaign duration to help pace performance to meet/exceed those benchmarks
 Research and identify new analytics tools for implementation
