Marketing & Communications Specialist

Must Haves: 

  • B2B Marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing industry but does not have to be
  • Demonstrated PM experience in putting together events/campaigns
  • Tradeshow experience

Nice to haves: 

  • Writing and editing experience
  • Experience in developing and executing corporate communications programs
  • Basic graphic design abilities 

Responsibilities: 

  • 75% - supporting Marketing efforts
  • 25% - supporting PR and internal comms team
  • Will be coordinating tradeshows both domestically and internationally
  • 20% domestic travel 
  • Assist the development of external and internal communications programs
  • Manage outside marketing agencies
  • Manage all internal communications channels and content creation, including close collaboration and support of business unit communications. Channels include the company intranet, email, company meetings, executive town halls, digital signage
  • Serve as a project management/coordinator/point person on a variety of corporate communications projects such as corporate videos and other promotional activities.
  • Support the development of communications materials (press releases, media advisories, briefing documents, media lists, talking points, social media content, memos, management presentations, video scripts, intranet content, speeches and other related materials)
