1. Manage the implementation, launch, and execution of digital marketing campaigns and digital content that drive brand loyalty and high levels of user engagement. It is expected that the individual may manage multiple campaigns concurrently across diverse digital channels. Campaigns will include those in social media, email, and/or mobile. Responsibilities will include strategy development and alignment, oversight for development of creative assets, communications planning and execution, timeline management, and more.
2. Develop and execute communications strategies for HR initiatives or campaigns. This includes development of key messaging and creation, stakeholder engagement and management, planning and execution of communication plans across digital channels.
3. Support the maintenance of digital platforms owned by the Employer Brand + Communications team. Platforms include websites and/or apps which support innovation for the client as well as the team’s mission of attracting and engaging talent for the company. Responsibilities include evaluation of platform analytics to identify trends, driving ongoing engagement with platforms including developing user adoption strategies or campaigns, supporting platform end users and coordinating with external vendors who manage the technical aspects of our platforms.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
Four or more years experience in communications and/or digital marketing.
