Marketing - Design Lead on Training Curriculum

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is looking for a Training/Curriculum consultant to help create training/curriculum materials to help train the internal staff on a new enterprise-level accounting system that is being implemented. This is approximately a 2 month contract.

Client's objective and why there is this need: They are implementing a new journal accounting entry system and need to develop functional training on the tool for internal employees.

 Training will need to be highly customized since no training is available from the vendor. The training materials that need to be created include PowerPoint and fact sheets (and possibly others determined by the consultant and subject matter experts) and ultimately will be delivered in person and via webinar by the Client Trainers. We are looking for someone to help create the materials; not deliver them.
 The Target audience is all of the teams under the accounting services; about 100 people in all locations.
 10-12 Subject Matter Experts already working in the system and have access to training platform. The consultant will meet with these stakeholders to formulate needs.
 The system is relatively intuitive and is in the process of being tested now.
 Consultant will need to be on site in Riverwoods, IL and have system access. Some remote may be possible depending on manager's approval.
 Consultant will need to develop WEBEX and job aids on each of the steps in the new system to enter the journal entry. Accounting/Finance background is not required but is helpful to understand proper terminology.
 Managers will track participation completion themselves.
 Goal is to launch at the end of April and hold the training in March.
