MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing programs and trades shows, coordinating print and fulfillment, coordinating brand builders, and assist in coordinating promotional analysis reporting.
Essential Duties
• Assists in the development and implementation of promotional programs and launch activities, including writing program creative briefs, proofreading and editing multi-channel content.
• Assists in tracking the results of marketing programs for continuous improvement.
• Implements processes for updating brand builder merchandising program. Works with the vendor to update the website.
• Assists in the management of print merchandising, inventory details, and fulfillment process and launch activities. Tracks use and provides status reports.
• Updates the fulfillment ordering site to reflect current programs and monitors the material and inventory levels to support sales.
• Works with internal and external sources, including 3rd party vendors, to achieve timely implementation of marketing programs. Assists in managing relationships with outside suppliers and vendors. Negotiates print cost savings opportunities.
• Assists in managing the print promotion production calendar

Events and Trade Shows

• Coordinates all aspects of the trade show process including pre- and post-show logistics to ensure a successful show.
• Assists in managing the event calendars to facilitate the trade show logistics.
• Provides pre- and post-show communications to event attendees (i.e. call list for sales reps, pre-show mailer, etc.)
• Ensures that all trade show materials (booth, graphics, handouts, etc.) reflect our corporate image and standards.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• Strong project organization and event planning skills. Detail and process oriented.
• Ability to take initiative, work both independently and in collaboration with others.
• Self-directed team player with proven ability to handle day–to–day activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work cross functionally.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years marketing promotion development and or copywriting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft office program with advanced Excel skills.
