Vitamin T's client, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, is looking for a Market Researcher to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Manage market research projects to support Human Nutrition & Health marketing strategies. Conducts market research, analyzes and interprets data and presents final reports/ recommendations to sales, marketing, management and other internal and external groups as required. The role is in consumer research and analytics in the Food and Beverage and Dietary Supplement marketplace . This person will be experienced at translating data and information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and interpret ad hoc primary and secondary market research projects to drive strategic decision making and business performance (i.e. address business challenges and opportunities) in HNH.
• Analyze data and is comfortable working with databases such as Nielsen and IRI
• Monitors and evaluates market trends and activities (market insights, customer and competitor intelligence), provides analysis and recommendations in order to identify areas in the market where business can be developed to improve the market position and profitability of HNH, DNP
• Frame and re-frame business questions from internal and external clients, gaining alignment to ensure the right questions are being asked and addressed.
• Design research and learning plans against business objectives; managing project timelines, and deliverables, as assigned and with input from Manager.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate Degree with a minimum of 5 years prior Consumer Research experience
• Strong analytical skills including advance excel and/or SPSS analysis
• Experience of working with Nielsen or IRI databases
• Experience working with online survey tools such as Qualtrics
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research techniques and methodologies
• Ability to synthesize and translate consumer research into actionable insights in order to address business challenges
• Well versed in research methodologies and possesses the ability to apply research to address business challenges
• Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Comfortable making executive level PowerPoint presentations from data
• CPG and/or dietary supplement experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills including advance knowledge of excel, pivots, and SPSS desired
• Attention to detail
