Our client's autoblog has been obsessively covering the automotive industry since 2004. We are in fact celebrating our 10-year anniversary this year. The market researcher will be responsible for managing two key product initiatives for 2015. The first involves reviewing expert vehicle reviews from multiple sources in order to determine a quantitative score based on the qualitative review, for every vehicle, over several model years. The second will require researching all car clubs in the US to develop a car club directory, as well as researching car club events, so that users can find any car club or event near their location.

Requirements:
• Perform Internet searches and read vehicle reviews in order to determine score
• Assist product and editorial teams with developing methodology for scoring each vehicle
• Perform Internet searches for car clubs and events by vehicle make/model and state/zip code
• Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient workflow and production
• Once research process/methodology has been finalized, train other team members
• Manage and maintain database of vehicle scores, car clubs, and events
• Manage schedule in order to meet launch dates

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of experience
• Strong market research fundamentals (being resourceful in locating hard-to-find data)
• Proficient in social networking (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Familiar with online forums and communities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, team oriented, have a collaborative approach
• Time management and organization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest and passion for being a part of a cutting edge team
