CRM – Acquisitions & Promotions Position Summary: 

Responsible for the development, expansion and implementation of Movie Rewards Acquisition strategies. 

• Leads the promotional strategy and execution of both title-based and standalone campaigns for DMR and CRM stakeholders 
. Responsibilities Acquisition 
• Responsible for building, executing and optimizing a holistic Movie Rewards acquisition strategy across multiple channels including paid media, retargeting, referral programs, inserts, etc. 
• Collaborate and work with stakeholders across the company to leverage synergy opportunities for acquisition (i.e. DMC, DCPI, etc.) 
• Partner with Asst Manager Social on social acquisition strategies 
• Follow industry trends in order to contribute to the success of CRM efforts, with a particular focus on acquisition, design, guest journeys, and cutting-edge web technologies to foster innovation & creativity Promotions 
• Drive acquisition, retention, sales & engagement through promotions, sweepstakes and special offers 
• Leverage promotion performance & analytics to create next best action – optimizing performance for future initiatives & driving LTV • Oversee budgets, relationships with creative agencies and vendors and resources to support execution of initiatives Skills 
• Leverage CRM marketing principles to align brand and marketing goals with customer needs 
• Analyze customer lifetime value, Program ROI (Loyalty Margin, Incremental Share) and Program Size to inform future growth and investment decisions 
• Ability to lead marketing campaigns and promotions through the entire project lifecycle, particularly by coordinating communications and implementation across technical and non-technical with cross-functional teams 
• Experience designing and implementing A/B and/or multivariate tests to influence messaging, programming and future campaigns 
• Designing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns across email, organic & paid social, paid search, SEO, SEM, retargeting, referral programs, retail product messaging, direct mail and offline 
• Collaborating with external vendors and creative agencies to develop both static and dynamic creative assets for distribution across email, socials, print and the DMR site 

Prior work experience in CRM, Customer Acquisitions/Growth Marketing and Customer Engagement Marketing

Technical Requirement: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, Slack, Abode Photoshop, Sprinklr, Spredfast 

Workfront, Salesforce (can be taught on the job), huge plus if candidates have previous experience with referral programs 

Required Education: BA in related field 

Must Haves: must be able to design & lead marketing campaigns from ideation to launch and sustain partnership of external partners, must have 5-7 years experience in CRM, must have strong marketing background (leading campaigns and promotions, paid media campaigns), must be highly analytical
