Market Research Analyst

We seek a stellar Market Research Analysist to assist in driving business impact by leveraging broad-based business knowledge and a high level of functional expertise in advanced analytics. Candidate should have a firm understanding of descriptive statistics for use in data landscaping and analysis. Preferred experience with Marketing Mix Modeling.

Day to day activities:
• Manages projects pertaining to the development and implementation of Marketing Mix Modeling, Power BI dashboards, A/B testing, datamart creation, and budget optimization.
• This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams.
• The candidate is responsible for supporting 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure that project business requirements are met.

• Skills:
• 1-2 years of project management experience, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of technology products/services/applications preferred.
• Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
• The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
• Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills. Proficiency in Office required.
