In this role you will assist in development and execution of marketing programs to drive behavior change among the clients plan members through direct to member strategies and tactics, targeted to health plan’s Medicare and Medicaid populations. You will collaborates on a regular basis with constituents across the business units with an overall goal to ensure that every interaction will leave things better for our members.
Provide input on Medicare/Medicaid initiatives such as: strategic development/execution of tactics, potential consumer research / focus groups, etc Serve as project manager, to coordinate efforts of creative, production and outside agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing elements such as direct mail, email, call center, web, face to face, IVR, etc.. Provide marketing support to ensure all member communications meet the business goals of program management and are compliant with Medicare/Medicaid government regulations, coordinating with departments across the clients business units Manage and track project expenses and margin to ensure projects are within assigned budgets Work closely with Member Engagement Analytics / Analytics & Outcomes team(s) to measure post-campaign results in a timely manner in order to inform future campaigns and provide input into future strategies/approaches. Compile and document program plans, deliverables and outcomes to be presented and/or posted on shared site.
