Immediate need for a Marketing Manager starting ASAP until the end of the year +++! This role plays a key part in the Member Communications, Strategy and Development Team. You will be responsible for d riving behavior change among plan members through direct to member strategies and tactics. This role and team has a high visibility within the company and the teams "vision" is to ensure that every interaction wil leave things better for their members.
Support the strategic development of direct marketing strategies/tactics along with project management/execution of these strategies and tactics. Support the direct to member program development Work cross-functionally with internal partners to facilitate program development and execution Communication to members through such channels as direct mail, email, call center, web, face to face etc. Serve as key project manager for a multitude of high level programs Responsible for maintaining the relationship between Member Engagement Team, Outside Creative Agency and internal partners Partnering with internal/external account, production and advertising personnel on projectmet management and execution regarding all aspects of the individual projects. Measure post-campaign results and provide input into future strategies/approaches Develop and execute marketing programs targeted to key health plans, employers and corporate partners Coordinate efforts of creative, production and outside vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing elements such as print collateral, direct mail, events, email and online. Work closely with payer relations, client relations and product development to ensure that key programs are clearly communicated to target audience. Prepare communications for assigned programs to ensure operational understanding and proper execution Track and analyze program performance and report out results
