Market Intelligence Analyst

Our medical device client is seeking an analyst to support the Market Intelligence function at the corporate level, including primary market research and market analysis which supports existing and/or new markets to help maximize short and long-range opportunities for corporate growth.

• Support the design, coordination, execution and updating of ongoing primary and secondary market research activities, including data gathering, analysis, writing, reporting and presenting.

• Assists in survey development and report generation.

• Help build and continually augment an integrated database and dashboard of market tracking data.

• Organizes internal and external market research reports in the Market Research library and summarizes research for the corporate Market Research newsletter.

• Deploy training to new Market Intelligence system users.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.


• Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university and 1+ years past analytical experience; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Thrive in fast-paced, results oriented, and challenging environment, dedication to teamwork, a strong work initiative, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present findings to management, including senior executives.
• Proven process orientation and effectiveness.
• Highly proficient at analyzing and interpreting data; able to synthesize information from a variety of sources and translate data into insights and actionable conclusions.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to verify data and produce high quality work at all times is a necessity.
• Strong expertise in computer software, including Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access, SQL is a plus.
• Familiarly with healthcare analytics databases such as IMS, GHX and HIMSS Analytics is beneficial, though not required.
