Market Analyst, Associate

Entry level/Associate level long-term contract Analyst role.

The IMP Market Analyst is responsible for conducting marketing analysis and making recommendations based on results. This would involve developing and compiling layers of in-depth information and statistics, maintaining on-going files, and assisting with any other special projects dealing with an existing and potential product line or channel.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide marketing analysis in all phases of marketing processes by providing reports and recommendations. Analyze performance of each product, channel, or market programs. Compile information and statistics on various subjects that affect marketing or products. Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to appropriate managers. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
a. FOC maintenance
b. Update Master Focus Products spreadsheet with dates from Project Management
c. Analyze and report out SPA performance
d. Analyzing Hydrotherapy Immersion Trip Results
e. Consumer Rebate analysis
f. Cost Analysis/ROIs
g. New Product Tracker each month
h. 6 focus markets
i. Color Analysis on Samples and trends

2. Participate and assist the managers in planning, developing, and implementing trainings, communications, trade shows, and meetings. Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Indesign or KeyNote.
a. Create presentations
b. Pull images off the DAM
c. Local Market Analysis and Presentation creation for Distributors/Sales
d. Managing Trunk show schedule with RSMs
e. Sales News Articles

3. Assist in keeping data, digital tools, and sales tools updated and in-stock.
a. Keep intranet / IMP Toolboxes / sales tools updated
b. Showroom Qtrly mailings
c. Manage all categories on Kohler Literature Fulfillment
i. Literature
ii. Samples
iii. Sales Tools
d. Manage promotional items at CCI – selection, set-up, inventory, etc.

4. Demonstrate appropriate level of competency in the following areas: Drive Continuous
Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication,
Business Acumen, Management of Self, Management/Development of Others, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust.
