Our client, in the healthcare space, is searching for a Marcom Specialist/Associate. The role is onsite and temp to perm.

Job Description:
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports the organization’s marketing and promotional efforts directed towards increasing and maintaining market share while meeting organization objectives. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned Marketing Communications projects including coordination of creative and messaging development with internal client base; management and oversight of ongoing edits/alterations with in-house and agency resources.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing professional expertise; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Works with Product Management and other key FMCNA personnel to develop project briefs for utilization with in-house and agency resources.
Reviews campaign copy written by copywriter or writes campaign copy, as deemed necessary.
Supports the development and organization of marketing communication efforts of select services and products through daily interaction with agency, in-house, and product management staff.
Oversees the development of select sales, internal communications, and marketing collateral for all product lines utilizing both in-house and outside agency resources. Interfaces with Product Managers and Marketing personnel within individual divisions (FMS, Spectra Laboratories, RTG Sales & Marketing, Renal Pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Responsible for the layout and design of a broad range of marketing and communications materials as department or internal customer needs require.
Collaborates with members of the Marketing Communications Department to create publication-quality presentation, advertising, and promotional materials.
Reviews, approves, and presents final layouts to client or department head for approval.
Interacts with designated vendors including, but not limited to: printers, literature distributors, promotional item suppliers, exposition services and photographers. Assists vendors in the maintenance of budgetary and quality objectives.
Provides assistance, as requested by internal Product Marketing personnel, with the Windchill process.
Responsible for assisting with managing portions of relevant trade show and national sales meeting planning.
Supports activities of the Corporate Office as well as the Product, Services, and Lab divisions.
Provides administrative support as needed.
Normally receives general work instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Builds productive working relationships.
Reviews and complies with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Assists with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
