6-month assignment for a Marcom Producer! In this role you will implement and coordinate all aspects of our client’s marketing production process for the assigned vehicle and country according to the quarterly marketing plan. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver error-free, legal and vendor funding compliant marcom that meets the global creative and branding guidelines.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Be the primary POC (point of contact) for the production agency, GTM teams and Merchandising teams from vehicle brief through preparation rounds to approved final marcom
E2E ownership of vehicle from briefing through proof approvals.
-Responsible for template, product imagery and positioning statement approval and alignment with GTM and Merch teams.
-Enter the vehicle brief into the tool against that vehicle activity, ensuring appropriate and complete annotation of the PDF file, specification of links and content placement.
-Responsible for proof reading minimum three rounds of preparation ensuring all required amendments are captured accurately, all required approvals are checked in tool and the vehicle production meets the production schedule and agreed service level with the production Agency.
-Route all vehicle marcom for review via tool across GTM, Merchandising for approval and accuracy. Consolidate all feedback and revert to key stakeholders on any follow-ups to resolve each round of review.
-Secure DFS (Financing) approvals and MDF (Partner Funding) compliance with a clear understanding of the financing and partner marketing requirements based on in-depth training from each critical cross-functional partner.
-Responsible for legal self-policing of all marcom projects with a clear understanding of the general areas of legal exposure based on legal department training and legal toolbox.
-Execute quality (flawless and on time) production & QA with attention to detail and speed.
-Ensure successful handover to suppliers, publishers, partners on time, with full approvals.
-Assume a brand ambassador role to ensure the spirit of the brand is maintained through the vehicle activation and production process
