Marketing Communications Operations Specialist
Part time contractor 20- 25 hour a week- On site
Summary
Responsible for managing, tracking and, maintaining budget and status reports. Ensures reports are compiled and distributed according to timeline and specifications. Works with vendors and team to establish and improve day-to-day reporting and efficiencies. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team. Communicates project status with Marcom Director of Operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports day to day Budget and Expense process by managing the team PO Process, accruals and overall department reporting.
- Populate weekly status reports, production and research reports for weekly staff meetings.
- Review and manage the updates on the executive site
- Manages projects, with direct supervision, to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
- Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Maintains communication with stakeholders. Provides status reports to Marcom Managers, vendors, stakeholders, and resources.
- Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Education Level
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Years Experience
Generally requires 0-2 years related experience
