Marcom Marketing Lead

The US Small Business Marketing team is responsible for generating demand to hit the quarterly / yearly financial plans. This includes driving traffic to the website and the sales queue via online and offline marcom, resulting in Revenue, Unit and Margin attainment. In order to drive results as a vehicle lead, we must create Marcom across the funnel that drives conversion and communicates the breadth and depth of our product portfolio. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the email program for the US Small Business team. This includes planning and execution of the email drops, roadmap management, analyzing reporting, and acting as a thought leader in targeting and merchandising strategies. This person will work closely with Merchandising, Production, Campaign Planning, CRM, and other Vehicle Leads.

Principal Accountabilities/Deliverables
• Maintain a quarterly roadmap aligned to business needs and budget
• Develop a GTM strategy that is integrated with the other vehicles that is grounded in driving demand but also focuses on innovation and testing
• Able to provide clear direction to Production and Merchandising teams on timelines and campaign expectations as well as provide insight on campaign / offer performance to produce results
• Work with CRM to generate campaign analytics to measure impact and to plan for vehicle and implement improvements
• Be accountable to vehicle performance (Visits, RUM, ROAS / MOAS), quality, deliverables and budget

Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a track record of measurable results preferably in the consumer electronics or IT industry
• Strong direct marketing capabilities with deep experience (+3 years) in developing and executing marketing plans
• Familiarity with offline and online marketing strategies, objectives and best practices; experience with print marcom a plus
• Proven ability to use marcom to grow, engage and activate targeted audiences
• Experience in merchandising, brand, or media
• Strong analytical and budget management skills
• Appetite for driving innovation and change
• Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization
• Ability to manage through ambiguity to drive results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Minimum Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Prior experience in email strategy and execution of highly complex/ high volume email programs Prior CRM experience is a plus
