We are seeking candidates for a Marcom Digital Advisor role with one of our valued clients in the oil and gas business in Fairfax, VA. The role will be both mostly offsite with flexibility to go onsite some weeks. This is a long-term (1-2+ year) assignment for the right fit candidate.

Job Description:

Marketing Communications support needed in the Global Lubes Department. Role is one that that can run the gamut from marcom to analytics to project management. There is a wide breadth of duties, but in particular, providing help with marketing analytics on the digital MarCom side, with B2B digital support, as a key interface to the technical team for completing required digital actions, and for more basic internal reporting and invoice processing. This person will need to advise on the best approach for tagging/gathering analytics to best serve the business. Analysis of other web data will be needed as well. Seeking someone who can wear many hats (from handling invoicing to order marketing collateral to providing guidance to audience members who may not have digital experience).

Support is required for the Global Digital initiatives (cross-LOB), as well as Marine & Aviation and Mobil Industrial teams of Global Lubricants and Specialties (B2B Lines of Business). For Mobil Industrial lubricants, you will be responsible for bringing key portions of the ‘to be launched’ social pilot to fruition with ongoing management and support. Marine & Aviation responsibilities include warehouse stock management; overall digital strategy/execution; management of budgets, invoice processing & reporting;

General support will include sharepoint management, process oversight/updates, general reporting and presentations, and support to bi-annual face-to-face communications meetings.

Other important experience and soft skills needed include:
-Digital Analytics (website, not social) expert – Webtrends and Sitecore would be great
-Strong B2B digital experience

-Search experience is a plus
-Tagging experience
-Sharepoint knowledge is a plus
-Use of mobility tools is a plus
-College grad (or better)
-Oil and gas experience a plus not a must
