Marcom Account Manager

This role requires a strong background in campaign development and message strategy, creative and production processes, and working knowledge of integrated, multi-vehicle marketing strategy, planning and execution. The role will partner with a variety of roles within the ESG organization, including day-to-day partnerships with the OEM teams, including Product Marketing, Regional Marketing teams, Legal and Brand. 
This position will: 
*Lead Creative Campaign Planning and calendar for OEM team 
*Manage quarterly budget and agency spend and ensure deadlines are set and met 
*Identify creative strategy / campaign themes for cycle in response to OEM roadmap and business priorities 
*Define scope for Agency 
*Draft and deliver an OEM Message and Content Strategy 
*Work closely with OEM teams to capture input, draft briefs, and review / approve with key stakeholders 
*Support ESG creative strategy and principles, and represent strategy and approach across the organization. 
*Write clear, crisp, benefit-oriented creative briefs that summarize and filter information. 
*Review concept / creative work in progress, and provide a clear POV and meaningful feedback. 
*Represent (and present) creative work, as needed, to socialize and drive alignment across the organization. 
Specific responsibilities will include: 
*Ensure creative and messaging supports ESG objectives and plan 
*Ensure creative is aligned to brand and creative platform 
*Ensure creative in production is aligned to handover guides / concepts 
*Manage Creative Reviews 
*Capture and summarize creative development input from stakeholders 
Required: 
*Experience drafting / leading Creative Briefs 
*Experience managing or facilitating the creative process (concept to execution) 
*Experience providing creative feedback and working with creative resources 
*Experience representing creative work to stakeholders 
*7 - 10 years in marketing or like-minded creative marketing / campaign management role. 
*Ad agency experience 
*A hybrid of strategic experience and execution skills.
