MarComm Project Manager

Our client (in Fort Worth) is looking to bring on a Project Manager for a 13+ month contract. This role will be 40 hours/week, onsite (and worker will be eligible to enroll in Aquent's subsidized benefits including health, dental, vision and 401K).

Duties include:
Work closely with business and IT project teams to develop, plan and execute promotional and communication strategies to meet the strategic organizational objectives related to a global deployment of enVision which includes CRM, Commercial Applications, Business Intelligence, ipad devices & Digital Marketing. Drive change through effective communication and formal and informal consultation with project team. Understanding of marketing principles is a must.

Develop, gain approval and manage timelines of a global promotional and communication plan to meet the strategic organizational objectives related to a global ipad deployment
Work collaboratively with project team and key business users to identify, assess and analyse communication requirements and project objectives in order to develop, design and implement effective communication solutions.
Work with SMEs to develop content
Contribute/manage content of company's intranet related to the project.
Working with internal teams to ensure targeted communications are aligned, and the impact on all target audiences is considered.
Develop regular feedback channels to promote cross communication to ensure that messages are being delivered in a consistent and timely manner. Monitor the results of the feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communications.
Develop and publish project communication deliverables using various communications tools, including printed publications, Intranet communications, employee meetings and events, videos, announcements, etc., that support effective communication throughout the organization.
Manage projects by tracking progress, monitoring resources and communicating status in order to ensure project success
Create and manage the communication and promotional strategy which will include marketing strategy to the target end users through various channels.

Skills
Proven effective marketing skills with ability to develop creative/innovative promotional and communication solutions
Ability to effectively communicate thoughts/concepts/information clearly, in both verbal and written form.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills to lead groups; analyze communication barriers ability to adapt presentation style to ensure communication needs are met
Proven effective project management skills: ability to lead project teams and consistently drive for results in a rapidly changing environment, deliver quality service; and meet deliverable deadline. Ability to partner with cross functional teams and lead/collaborate through influence in an ambiguous environment
Ability to analyze and interpret data and summarize written copy into easy to understand content
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail while handling multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; ability to use design software preferred (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Dreamweaver; SharePoint)


Education & Experience:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree Communication, Journalism and/or Public Relations
6-8 years of experience in communication of technical information to non-technical audiences
