Vitamin T is seeking a Managing Editor for a client in the Health and Wellness industry. This person will work closely with a team of writers and content creators to grow and scale our editorial process for developing and delivering unique, actionable, compelling content. This person MUST have a passion for health, wellness, biohacking, or nutrition.



Duties include:

Scale the clients online content operations and editorial calendar to provide best-in-class, cutting edge written and multimedia biohacking content to our current audience as well as new audiences every day
Manage creation of all editorial content and run a high performance, well-oiled team of both staff and freelancers to create action-oriented, inspiring content to change lives
Create a sophisticated analytics program and workflow to measure, monitor, and optimize effectiveness of new content initiatives both onsite and offsite
Edit and provide feedback to ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, messaging, and tone
Align content strategy and calendar to support marketing, product, and cross-functional initiatives
Report to VP of Content

Experience and skills required:

Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of experience in an editorial leadership role, with science writing, biohacking, nutrition, and content marketing experience preferred
Can edit short and long writing projects in your sleep – and you enjoy doing it!
Proven data science and analytics experience as applied to content performance
Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner while effectively scaling and managing a large team remotely
Current with AP editing, Search Engine Optimization, and online marketing industry trends and best practices
Possess extraordinary collaboration, communication, and organizational skills in a WFH environment
Ability to travel if necessary
