Manager of Lead Management Process and Analysis

We are currently seeking a Manager, Lead Management Process and Analysis to work in the Marketing Strategy, Insights and Operations team. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth. This position will be located in our Stamford location.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with global Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Operations and Sales to oversee the lead management process. Implement governance over processes.
• Collaborate with BU and Region Marketing Operations to analyze the lead management demand waterfall. Identify areas in need of improvement and lead the root cause analysis and resolution of issues. Create roadmap for ongoing enhancements.
• Partner with Analytics, Demand Generation, Sales Operations and Sales to build a measurement strategy.
• Work with key stakeholders from Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to assure consistency of dashboard and reports across business units.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of demand generation and lead management reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to define Sales requirements for marketing leads (calendar, documentation etc.). Work with Managers of Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and IMC to assure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to define sales requirements for disposition of marketing lead. Maintain lead progression reporting.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the Vice President of Marketing Operations and Analytics and other senior Marketing staff.
• Work directly with BU and Region Marketing Operations and other key stakeholders to improve and optimize global marketing processes.

The position is both strategic and highly tactical in nature and requires an understanding of strategy, marketing programs and the lead management processes that deliver marketing qualified leads to Sales. Focus is on the demand generation and sales team to help them understand the effectiveness of the lead management process, make improvements where required and create a roadmap for ongoing enhancements and improvements.

The Manager, Lead Management Process and Analysis must be able to work across multiple functions and business units to optimize the lead management process and create consistency across business units and regions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 5-7 years progressive marketing and communications experience
• Ability to work successfully in a matrix environment, building alliances across functions and geographies
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams (Analytics, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales)
• Strong leadership, team-based skills
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
• Strong understanding of marketing disciplines, marketing skills and processes
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet goals within plan
• Market-focused and results-oriented
• Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio and Access

Preferred Qualifications:
• Process improvement experience
• Previous experience as business analyst
