Manager of E- commerce & Digital Strategy

This role encompasses overseeing all aspects of Corporate web presence spanning corporate site, ecommerce, and 3rd party web sites. This includes digital strategy, marketing, requirement/enhancement identification, development, quality assurance, multivariate testing, production releases, information architecture, design, Omniture and web analytics, SEM, PPC Campaigns, SEO and reporting.

• Manage all aspects of Corporate web presence including RCN.com, Ecommerce, Display, Social Media, and SEM.
• Perform optimization and multivariate testing across digital properties to maximize ROI, increase conversion rate and increase MRC per customer.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization (Billing, IT, Networking, Pricing, individual markets, Revenue Assurance, Legal) to identify and prioritize requirements and changes impacting corporate web presence and ecommerce system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, build, implement, and measure digital and viral marketing strategies.
• Document business requirements and functional specifications for all med – large scale efforts impacting corporate web presence and ecommerce system.
• Executes annual web strategies focused on driving qualified traffic to the website, generating revenue, promoting products and services, and enhancing the online customer experience.
• Serve as SME for corporate web presence and ecommerce system.
• Design and deliver reporting on weekly/monthly/annual basis for corporate site, ecommerce, more..
• Oversee and produce online sales and installation metrics that are sourced from ICOMs, Data Warehouse, and Omniture.
• Manage and coordinate resources and third party vendors working on corporate ecommerce, or SEM programs.
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of web professionals including developers, designers, producers, copywriters, project managers, SEM managers and testers.
• Delegates and manages processes, actions and timelines for the web team to meet deadlines, marketing goals, and revenue goals.
• Ensure all aspects of corporate site and ecommerce adhere to industry best practices, analysis of user behavior and customer feedback.
• Monitors and analyzes the trends and performance of web marketing efforts and online customer/prospect behavior via ROI, web analytics, and email campaign data.
• Interacts with all cross-functional areas of the company to ensure that our web presence and execution supports key initiatives, reduces costs, and builds sales.
• Manages external vendors/partners for a variety of web projects.
