Position Summary
The Manager, Audience Insights is a technical role focused on the end to end management of analytics solutions for: apps, connected TV apps, and websites. The candidate should have both programming and analytic skills to support the implementation, trouble shooting, and maintenance of web analytic solutions.
Experience should include SQL, JavaScript, Ajax, Flash, and HTML.


The Manager, Audience Insights is responsible for the ongoing analytics implementation workflow, as follows:
Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand the problem being solved and desired outcome of implementation.
Work with analysts to guide and refine requirements.
Define implementation additions and modifications.
Work with project manager to keep track of progress.

The Manager, Audience Insights will serve as the primary repository of technical knowledge for all measurement systems (ComScore, Nielsen, Localytics, ChartBeat, Tealium, Omniture) .

Duties Include:
Coordinate with engineers (internal to Video and Web dev teams/external development teams) on implementation process.
Utilize Tealium to implement tags where necessary.
Work with engineers so that they understand what the implementation is trying to accomplish and are able to provide feedback from the engineering perspective, define JavaScript that needs to execute.
Create tags and implementation solutions designs for a variety of software solutions including Omniture, Unica, Localytics, CoreMetrix and Google Analytics.
Q/A analytics implementations to ensure proper functioning.
Assist FNG clients in packaging and presenting data for analysis.
Dashboard creation, training on various system.
Research and track competitive trends in analytics product solutions and assist in recommending changes to measurement strategies or products based on findings.

Qualification Requirements:
Education / Experience: B/A, Adobe/Omniture Certification Preferred
Language / Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas concisely.
Mathematical / Reasoning Skills: Ability to develop a thorough understanding of various online metrics. Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Computer Skills: Experience generating tags in JavaScript, Action Script, and for mobile APIs (Android, iOS)
2+ years demonstrated experience in client-side web development.
Experience working with a high traffic website is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
1+ years experience with a/b testing, preferably with optimization tools such as Test&Target,
2+ years experience implementing web analytics solutions, preferably with Omniture SiteCatalyst.
Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Fiddler 2, CharlesProxy or Firebug
