Our client, a prominent digital marketing agency located in Hamilton, NJ, is looking for a Manager of Relationship Marketing Services to lead the implementation of e-mail or direct mail campaigns. Responsibilities include:

Directly overseeing and EXECUTING the designed campaigns including helping coordinate eventual modification and optimization of those in-market programs. Architecting the appropriate campaign management logic and assets, as well as associated data management & integration approaches. The majority of the efforts will be focused on managing RM campaign execution efforts across primarily the online (e.g. e-mail) channel with some offline (direct mail) channel work gradually increasing. In essence, this role is responsible for the proper execution of client programs relative to the client’s / brand’s goals and appropriate / preferred marketing platforms. The Manager will be seen as the key person responsible for campaign IMPLEMENTATION AND ONGOING GOVERNANCE.

The Manager will be responsible for operationalizing the campaign design into the appropriate systems or e-mail service provider (ESP) platforms (e.g. Exact Target, Silverpop, SmartSource, etc.) including campaign technologies / platforms consulting (requirements through recommendations and execution), design and codification of business / decision rules, asset management and taxonomy implementation. Perform daily reconciliations, execution, analysis, troubleshooting, etc. to ensure proper campaign deliverability.

EXPERIENCE
• 5-10 years’ experience with ESP tools (ExactTarget preferred), database, analytic reporting, and campaign management tools/platforms
• Expert in email marketing concepts(best practices, analytics, deliverability concepts)
• Experience managing other team members and delegating assignments
• Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML
• Highly-motivated self-starter with exceptional decision-making skills and aptitude for learning
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with others
• Mobile Marketing experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
