AQUENT has the ideal temp to hire opportunity for a Paid Search Manager for one of our large corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have a creative point of view, are digital natives, can think outside the box, use data to tell a story and are ready to take the next step in their career! The Paid Search Manager will manage various aspects of our clients SEO strategies and the overall vision. This person will work closely with internal and client teams in a highly collaborative environment, ensuring the program is aligned with our client’s goals and objectives.
They are responsible for analyzing, researching, optimizing, and identifying relevant strategies and tactics that will grow our clients business to maximize sales and marketing techniques.
We expect this person to not only lead in the paid search initiative, but also be a key contributor in evolving social advertising and other channels that leverage data, targeting, technology and automated decision-making.
• Manage, plan, launch and optimize PPC programs across Google, Bing, and other engines to maximize sales

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of voice and web trends to make data-driven marketing decisions

• Manage the workflow and reporting needs, analysis and A/B testing on messaging, landing pages, and on-site

• Oversee the execution of SEO and other projects that require integration with technology, analytics, site and merchandising teams
• Deploy SEM best practices across accounts, campaigns, and devices (mobile and tablets)

• Keep up to date with new features, technology, keyword development, bid management tools, search trends, changes and developments in the industry for best practices
