Manager, Paid Digital Media Production - 3965524

Our client is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager for Digital Media Creative Production for a contract role.

The Associate Manager oversees all paid digital media projects from inception to implementation, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the workflow. This position will lead creative strategy and development of paid digital media advertising across all company brands, in collaboration with the North American Marketing division and external creative agencies. Responsibilities include oversight of the production schedule, budget management, quality of the creative and delivery of final assets. The associate manager will be responsible for managing all internal and external communication as it relates to digital media creative development and production, working with multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and an intuitive understanding of design, messaging and user-flow. He or She is responsible for delivering flawless, breakthrough creative to amplify engagement and ultimately drive conversion.

Key Responsibilities & Specific Duties Include:

• Develop and articulate digital media creative strategy and vision in collaboration with external agencies based on experience and thorough understanding of the digital landscape and design
• Manage multiple projects of various scope and complexity while maintaining deadlines, costs and quality of creative
• Manage agency relationship to ensure consistent, high quality work is being delivered on time and on budget
• Facilitate approvals of all agency and website produced creative, effectively communicating design feedback to creative agency and web publishers
• Identify risks and opportunities to long range plans, and recommend solutions
• Recommend creative testing opportunities to further develop creative insights and best practices
• Apply industry trends and competitive analysis to adapt to changing consumer behaviors and industry advancements
• Analyze creative reports and guide marketing through results and creative optimizations
• Work with S&P and legal throughout key stages in the development process to ensure all COPPA and CARU guidelines are met
• Communicate and maintain process framework
• Provide budget estimates with sound rationale and manage SOW execution
• Facilitate and develop digital media creative award submissions


Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with concentration in marketing or advertising; graphic design and/or digital media related coursework preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years in digital media and web production
• Strong ability to understand brand objectives and strategies and translate into breakthrough advertising while meeting business goals
• Must have proven ability to multi-task and make quick decisions in a very fast-paced and highly demanding environment
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and conceptual ability
• Passion for design and strong creative vision that drives innovation
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to use independent judgement to prioritize action items and agency resources
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and platforms including web, mobile and tablet
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software and core web technologies (flash, HTML, etc)
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office
