Manager, Mobile Acquisition

We have one of the largest and most passionate user bases in mobile and our games are built with the world’s most recognizable IP. As a User Acquisition Manager, you will help distribute our games across multiple platforms and grow our user base by understanding user behavior and identifying the best marketing channels for reaching potential users.

This is an excellent role for candidates with 5+ years of work experience. Successful applicants will combine strong analytical ability, business judgment, interpersonal skills and a track record of getting stuff done.

• Directly manage customer acquisition strategies and channels for live games
• Must have hands-on experience with building campaign portfolios in Adwords and GDN, Bing, including bidding, tracking, and ad copy optimization
• Must have familiarity with managing the suite of online acquisition channels, including SEO, Display (RTB, Remarketing, DSPs), Social and Affiliate channels, experience with Commission Junction a plus
• Work with engineering and web development teams to manage E2E tracking requirements, including pixel implementation, testing, and developing URL parameters to track by channel
• Work with our gaming studios to provide weekly reporting on performance of acquisition portfolio
• Build models to dig into channel economics and optimize campaign performance

• BA required
• Degree from top tier school a plus
• 5+ years experience in performance marketing, experience in mobile acquisition is a plus
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL helpful
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in mathematical or financial modeling
• Outstanding business judgment predicated on a data driven mindset
• Detail oriented with an extremely strong sense of ownership. Ability to create repeatable processes where none exist and take loosely defined projects and drive to completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across business units with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent at presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data supported point of view.
• Has excelled in a unstructured, continuously changing, results-oriented work environment
