Manager, Mktg Systems (Salesforce)

Supports Marketing and Sales lead-to-revenue data management activities from a systems and business process perspective to ensure end-to-end visibility.
Provides insight and support to the Marketing team with regard to Salesforce training, usage, campaign management, report building, and data
Documents break actions and implements fixes on systems under Marketing
Supports the design and development of application architecture in the relevant Marketing
Coordinates cross-functionally within IT/BST to deliver Marketing projects on-time and within budget.
Acts as Marketing voice/representative for appropriate corporate sponsored projects involving Marketing­ centric data or workflows
Analyzes data to lead the user acceptance process and coordinates business requirements for new Marketing tools.
Creates, edits, and certifies requirements documents to ensure that project development meets business
Ensures upgrades and changes are configured to support business processes .
Executes projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and
Pro-actively recommends alternative IT approaches to Marketing business
Participates in the decision making process around technology
Performs Requirements Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Problem Analysis, Customization Design Recommendations, User and Integration Testing, etc.
Helps to create ROI models to justify technology spend and track performance against those
Specific Requirements, Skills & Education:

5-7+ years' experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing operations, with a thorough understanding of lead· to-revenue processing workflow (required).
3-5+ years' Salesforce technical management experience (required). Certification in Salesforce Administration (preferred}.
3 5+ years' experience with CRM and TierlMarketing Automation (IE. Pardot, ExactTarget, Marketo, other) integration (required}
3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Process or Systems Analyst, with an in-depth understanding of workflow diagramming (required) .
Thorough knowledge of Marketing or lead management principles & processes (required).
Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint)- high level skills (required).
Visio diagramming (preferred)
Additional Skills (would like to have but not required)
Experience working with Marketing business leaders to design IT vision/strategy (highly desired).
Experience supporting MPMS (preferred).
Experience with community portal management (preferred) .
Experience with partner portal systems (preferred) .
Experience with web-based referral systems or programs (preferred).
Experience in VoiP or communications industry (preferred).
Working knowledge of HTML (preferred).
Working knowledge of SQL database (highly desired).
Education
Bachelor's Degree (required).
MBA in Information Systems,Business Systems Technology,Computer Science or similar field (preferred).
Salesforce Administration Certification (preferred).
