Manager-Marketing Operations

Under direct supervision of the Sr. Manager – Market Pricing, the Manager- Marketing Operations is responsible for managing the budgeting and spending analysis for Fixtures Marketing, driving the financial and strategic plans, coordinating rebate ACTs and analysis, overseeing the processes related to price book publication and the discontinuation ACT, and managing the marketing scorecard.

Other skills associated with primary function and scope is as follows:
· Comfortable doing financial and budgetary analysis.
· Possess ability to work effectively with non-marketing personnel.
· Possess a keen analytical mind, with strength in detail and accuracy.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Budget and Spending Analysis
· Manage the process of working with Fixtures Marketing management to develop cost center budgets at a detail level.
· Manage the monthly cost center projection process, communicate full year forecast on monthly basis to Fixtures Marketing management and PA Accounting.
· Present status of budget, and recommendations to address to VP in monthly updates.

2. Financial and Strategic Plan
· Work with Marketing and Finance teams to manage and complete the Financial and Strategic Plans processes.
· Present detailed plan information to Fixtures Marketing management and PA management.

3. Financial support for Fixtures Channel Marketing
· Oversee the writing and/or providing financial support for ACTs (Authorized Corporate Transaction) inclusive of rebate program ACTs and rebate payment ACTs.
· Manage the process of rebate analysis and projections.
· Manage the E-Commerce reconciliation process

4. Operational support for Fixtures Channel Marketing
· Oversee the process for price book publication, as well as various other publications (F&B)
· Oversee the process related to the discontinuation ACT
· Participate in Business Teams meetings each month.
· Ad hoc reporting and analysis to support both product and channel marketing.

5. Demonstrate appropriate level of competency in the following areas:

Organization Relationships:
1. Works directly with product and channel managers in department.
2. Works closely with VP – Marketing and Management team
3. Closely coordinates activities with Accounting.
4. Occasionally serves as marketing representative on cross-functional teams.
