Manager, Marketing Analytics

AQUENT's major media client is looking for a Manager of Marketing Analytics.

This role is temp-to-perm; the need is immediate, so please respond in a timely way if you are interested.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement strategies for both paid advertising and unpaid partnerships and media swaps to drive audience growth (including web traffic, email subscribers, app downloads and social followers)

- Develop key positioning points and creative that communicate brand positioning and drive response for use in paid marketing channels including display advertising, re-targeting/behavioral targeting, SEO/SEM, partnerships, co-registration,
promotions/sweepstakes, and affiliate marketing

- Create and manage plan for channel mix based both on acquisition scale/efficiency and post-acquisition performance by source—including new-customers’ engagement with content and e-commerce

- Partner with Director of Research and Analytics to accurately forecast and manage individual campaign budgets appropriately within overall Marketing Department budget in order to hit company targets

- Manage relationships with media vendors & marketing agencies and provide media performance reports to VP of Marketing

- Improve customer acquisition process on by setting testing strategy and conversion improvement targets

- Partner with Product & Research departments to develop segmentation and offer strategies that increase audience engagement and retention

- Perform deep user segment analysis to identify incremental engagement opportunity from existing audience through direct marketing tactics (email, website, mobile, etc.)

- Create and execute test plans, for both platforms and external marketing campaigns

- Partner with Research to execute  customer analysis efforts
 
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience with digital marketing analytics
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of SEM and marketing tools
