Manager, Digital Marketing – Web & eCommerce

Vitamin T has a client who is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing – Web & eCommerce to work within the Digital Marketing team. This position is responsible for managing and operating the company’s websites and the digital tools and tactics that accompany them. Must possess strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Direct experience with omni-channel environments and/or e-commerce (retail) channels preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Help implement the company’s digital marketing ecosystem (ecomm, CRM, CMS, etc.)
- Develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the website delivers the best experience for our customers, aligns with digital marketing strategies across channels, and highlights promotionally and/or seasonally relevant products
- Own the analytics strategy and execution for the web and digital campaigns, including setup and processes, data analysis, and reporting
- Help track digital marketing attribution
- Design, develop, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests; document A/B test learnings and share learnings
- Implement and execute a paid media strategy leveraging paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
- Manage the ecommerce website and pursuing opportunities to increase sales volumes, elevate our brand positioning, and improve customer experience
- Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance, IT) and external partners (agencies, vendors) responsible for campaign execution
- Provide reporting on internal KPI’s – identifying opportunities for growth and improving efficiency
- Build, and run regular campaign-specific reporting (daily, weekly, monthly); analyze performance data, make recommendations and deliver ad-hoc projects
- Execute trend analysis, monitoring and competitive benchmarking

The ideal candidate will have:
- Possess solid knowledge and skills with principles of applied marketing analytics, includingcustomer segmentation, A/B testing, conversion funnels, statistical targeting optimization models
- Experience with paid media
- Experience with SMS and email a plus
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales, increase conversion, and acquire new customers through digital marketing
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices and the impact on sales
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as within a team environment
- Strong drive for continuous improvement – creating efficiencies & processes, innovating, maximizing growth, accelerating the rate of new customer acquisition and improving program profitability
- Proven project management skills – effective collaborator and consensus builder with a focus on completing on time and on budget
- Strong analytical capacity
- Demonstrated flexibility – adapts and welcomes a changing work environment while meeting company and department milestones
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be excited for change as our company grows
- Understanding of HTML and CSS

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- 5+ years of experience managing web ecomm, analytics, and optimization systems, processes, reporting, and dashboards (i.e. intermediate to advanced user of Google Analytics or comparable analytics tool)
- Experience in quantifying marketing impact and campaign performance, including but not limited to ROI analyses
- Experience with content management systems (AEM, Drupal, Joomla) and web admin tools
- Experience implementing digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools
- CPG experience is a plus
- Excellent writing skills

Compensation:
The Manager of Digital Marketing – Web & eCommerce’s compensation will include:
- A base salary
- A bonus, based on acquisition and sales
- A benefits package including health care allowance, life, and disability insurance as well as a competitive 401K match
