Manager, Digital Analytics - Mobile Analytics

This position provides analytics support for the Mobile Product Development and Digital Guest Services teams within the client’s Digital organization. These teams are responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the client’s mobile apps and the digital services offered to guests at the client’s hotels (for example, the ability to check-in or check-out of a hotel via client’s mobile app). The Manager, Digital Analytics (Mobile Analytics) will: measure the impact of enhancements to client’s mobile apps and to digital guest services; develop weekly dashboards and reports; lead the review of performance metrics each week; and identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and satisfaction with client’s mobile apps and digital guest services.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
• Analyze and report on the activity of customers using client's mobile apps and the digital services offered at hotels.
• Build and maintain dashboards to proactively monitor and report on trends in client’s mobile-app business.
• Develop insights to inform: mobile-app product development; customer-acquisition strategy; mobile-engagement strategy; and operations improvements and efficiencies for digital guest services.
• Track the use of client’s mobile apps and services by customer segment and estimate the impact of mobile products and services on long-term customer value and engagements.
• Present dashboards and analysis to senior leaders from client’s Digital organization.
• Provide data, analysis, and insights to help guide and prioritize of enhancements to client’s mobile apps.
• Establish and share best practices for measuring the engagement of customers with client’s mobile apps.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and dashboards.
