Job Purpose

Provide leadership for the development and implementation of the UK and Europe. Achieving key brand, category and fiscal objectives by identifying and working with Global, Multi Territory and Local licensees. Requirement to work in tandem across the business with Brand/Soft lines/Retail/Product Development teams as well as the audit and finance divisions. Input to development and implementation of strategy with potential and existing global partners.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Direct responsibility for the achievement of UK, Nordics and Netherlands category fiscal targets.

Development and implementation of local, multi-territory, global hard lines strategy.

Contributing to development of Global Hard lines strategy by conducting financial and market analysis

of product categories and making recommendations.

Implementation of local licensee hard lines strategy.

Liaising with internal hard lines licensing team members and external new and existing partners.

Managing local licensee product development with the creative/PD team.

Working with the PD team and the licensees to execute key product development across sub

categories in all brands.

Leads the development and implementation of marketing, PR and other programmes to enable the

business to meet/exceed objectives.

Liaising with necessary internal and external partners including the retail team to support retail activity and promotions.

Educates licensees & other business partners about proper brand image & visual representation; ensures marketing synergies & brand alignment between product & Licensing
