Aquent's Fortune 50 client is looking for a permanent, full-time Manager of their Brand Advocate Program, in Atlanta, GA. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring your direct reports to ensure they are successfully analyzing key performance indicators including as sales, conversion, inventory and returns.
As a Manager in the Brand Advocate program, you will lead a team responsible for partnering with strategic suppliers to drive a best-in-class customer experience online. Your team will be responsible for enhancing online content and building strong business relationships with suppliers to improve conversion, drive online traffic and grow sales.
Your team will be responsible for understanding customer behavior, building strategic plans and leading presentations with supplier and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives.
As a leader on the brand advocate team, you will partner with cross-functional groups to identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize the effectiveness of the program that will lead to brand renewal and growth.
Breakdown of your average day:
30% Manages the execution of complex special programs that typically involve business to business customers and internal functions.
20% Creates and implements processes to optimize the efficiency of product data collection. Enrolls internal functions and external partners in the development of work flow procedures and the ongoing monitoring and improvement of those procedures.
10% Collaborates with internal (marketing, merchandising, IT) and external (agencies, 3rd party vendors Big Hammer, Escalate, Commerce Hub, Merchandise Suppliers) customers to develop processes and programs to drive timely execution of product data collection for the web site; utilizes workload management to communicate with the merchants.
10% Responsible for external resource management. Manages outside vendors to ensure execution of programs and tactics on time and within budget. Manages projects and the allotment of money to meet budgetary and segment goals.
20% Coordinates and leads all internal functions in the execution of promotions and data collection on Client.com.
10% Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise.
