Our fantastic forward-thinking Fortune 500 client who offers world-class Cards, Rewards, Travel, Business Services, and more is in need of a skilled Manager Assistant to help execute business planning and operational processes supporting senior management. This role is onsite in NYC, Wall Street area, 40 hours a week for 6 months (August 2017).

Responsibilities:
• Plan internal senior management meetings, employee events, and external client events.
• Execute Employee Reward and Recognition Programs. Managing real estate needs by supporting key projects, meeting preparation.
• Assist senior management with a multitude of tasks such as monthly reporting and analyzing reports and trends
• Create presentation decks with the statistics and analysis
• Event Planning – you will be responsible for planning an employee recognition event. This will involve booking travel and hotels, working with third parties for the event.
• Coordinate with business teams, HR & Finance for the preparation, forecasting and review of the Organizational scorecards, ensuring appropriate alignment between all impacted teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:
• MBA Preferred
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized, extremely detailed oriented and flexible with demonstrated success in working under pressure in a team environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and financial capability in order to review complex data sets.
• Professionalism in this role is of the utmost importance
• Candidate should be driven and have the ability to take items that are highly sensitive information, understand the need for confidentiality - and run with them
• Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal and be able to multi-task and juggle priorities
