Management - Online Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing online marketing-related tasks, including web content requests via AtTask. Additionally, this position will help project manage marketing projects and be a liaison between business and IT.


Responsibilities:

•Coordinates the daily execution of content requests
•Project manages web content and interactive marketing projects
•Supports weekly/monthly planning process of ongoing marketing campaigns
•Manages calendar of all web content requests
•Ensures all stakeholders are informed of deadlines / deliverables
•Works with cross functional teams as needed to meet project objectives
•Serves as the At Task administrator for web content and interactive marketing
•Compiles and manages AtTask reporting
•Routes and assigns tasks to all members of team
•Prepares weekly status reports and leads status meetings with team to review due dates
•Prepares time schedules for each project
•Ensures deadlines are met
•Develops and implements process improvements to workflows
•Prioritizes work based upon business priorities, resource availability and skills
•Serves as liaison between the creative team, stakeholders and IT developers
•Additional marketing responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years’ online marketing experience
•Strong knowledge of internet and web-based technologies
•Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and familiar with HTML basics
•Experience using AtTask or other project management tools preferable
•Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
•Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative and creative problem solving skills
•Uncompromising attention to detail and high quality standards
•Excellent project management skills and ability to organize complex projects
•A ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for web design and development
•Ability to follow through and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
•Ability to re-prioritize as necessary in order to meet last minute deadlines
•Familiarity with online marketing and marketing terms
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team.
