Our client is an award-winning marketing and communications agency based in London, providing integrated communications solutions for an array of clients.

They work closely with their clients to find their true differentiators – combining words, pictures and actions to create breakthrough campaigns. They have an impressive client list and are already expanding with offices in London and New York.

One part of the business is an award-winning marketing communications division. You will work alongside a passionate team and learn about their unique proposition on brand conception and positioning.

This is a great opportunity for a talented MW Integrated Designer looking to build their career in to a lead design role. You will have a chance to work in a versatile design studio with a team who are always looking for new and creative ways to work with their clients. They believe in what they do and strive to work a little differently from their competitors.

You will have the chance to shine, develop and continually improve your skills in a fast paced, collaborative environment. There are no wrong answers and you will be encouraged to share ideas with the team and your clients. You will be exposed to a multitude of disciplines and encouraged to get involved at every turn.

You should be creative, dynamic and brimming with ideas on how to create beautiful, user-centered ideas for a responsive world. You should have a passion for digital but also a solid grasp of how print design is merging with interactive and how to develop brands that can make the transition from screen to screen.

Must have:
• 3-5 years industry experience
• Degree or higher education within design or creative study
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud
• Understanding of HTML/JS/CSS/Word Press
• Experienced across print/branding/digital and social media platforms
• Passionate about exploring new technologies
• A killer portfolio demonstrating experience working across new and established corporate brands
• Demonstrate the ability to design not only for print 20% and digital 80% but also interactive and digital platforms.
• High level of artworking and finishing skills
• Strong typographical skills
• Variety of skills across creative (photography, branding, advertising, videos, digital advertising and web design).
• The ability to time-keep and effectively manage own projects/workload to meet deadlines
• Keen to develop with a growing agency
• Highly motivated and able to voice creative ideas, work well in a dynamic team and have a ‘CAN DO’ attitude.
• Some knowledge of design/animation process a plus
