My client are one of Europe’s fastest growing tech companies. They are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and innovative web designer to help support the digital marketing team.
Based in the heart of Notting Hill you will be part of a creative and high growth business with a track record of tearing up the rulebook and fast paced iterative design/development.
Responsible for the user-centred design of new landing pages and digital assets in order to increase website conversion rate, you’ll be working with a team of like-minded, driven and ambitious individuals. Together you’ll create a best in class website experience for small business owners and a portfolio you can be proud of.

To qualify…
• Minimum 4 years previous web design experience, with a strong background in designing for lead generation websites
• Highly conceptual and ability to layout pages to achieve a commercial goal
• Awareness and understanding of conversion rate optimisation best practices
• An Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) super-user
• A strong grasp of Responsive Design
• Understanding of UX principles and techniques
• Ability to develop wireframes and mock-ups as required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in HTML5 / CSS3 is desirable
• Capable at working under pressure within a very fast moving environment

The Role
You’ll be operating across multiple websites with a freedom to adapt existing and create new layouts / designs in order to generate leads for Telesales agents to close. Working alongside a copywriter, back-end developer and graphic/web designer you will collectively be responsible for the conversion rate and other lead indicators into site performance (bounce rate, time on site, pages viewed etc).

Core responsibilities include:
• Ownership and accountability for the design of all online customer facing collateral
• Optimise the design of existing webpages for lead generation
• Create wireframes, mock-ups and layouts for new web pages that convert
• Create any digital assets required to support the lead generation effort
• Art direction for photography where required
