START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: 3+ MONTHS (Plus possible extensions)
LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO
PAY: $64.00/HR

Lead and support global pan-Brand Merchandising and Design teams through completion of GTM related processes and FlexPLM system activities to meet deadlines complete and on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide daily, time-sensitive troubleshooting and problem solving support in order to resolve PLM related issues
• Assist PLM Production Support in understanding most critical business issues and resolve system problems
• Key Merchandising and Design business representative at cross-functinoal team meetings: Weekly Business Process Expert Meetings, Production Support Meetings, Enhancement Requirements Meetings, etc
• Identify PLM system defects and execute testing through resolution
• Manage and inform PLM Super User Network on system changes and new ways of working
• Communicate system changes and new ways of working to broader, pan-brand M&D teams
• Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) of new enhancements prior to implementation
• Generate training documentation for new system enhancements and deliver training sessions globally
• Revise and deliver refresher trainings to all regions as required prior to critical GTM deadlines (Final Line Assort Meetings: Global/Regional/Brand/Merch and Design)
• Manage critical system admin functions within PLM (ie. Seasons, Views, Filters)
• Partner with GTM owners to identify seasonal dates required in different systems; guide 3rd party team through creation of these system dates (2x/year)

MUST HAVES:
1. High level understanding and expertise with PLM System from a Merch and/or Design perspective
2. Excellent problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and in partnership with end users and IT to resolve time-sensitive system issues
• Specific working knowledge of apparel PLM Systems, preferably PTC FlexPLM
• Proven working knowledge of Merchandising and/or Design
• 5+ years experience within the apparel industry • Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical expertise in understanding key PLM functionality
• Proficient with software applications, particularly Power Point
• Bachelor degree required
