LOCATION: San Francisco CA
START DATE: 3/14/16
CONTRACT: Monday-Friday || 9+ Months
PAY: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)

OUR FORTUNE 500 FASHION CLIENT IS IN NEED OF A MARKETING COORDINATOR!


TASKS + RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will be responsible for conducting marketing and production related tasks. On a daily basis, the Coordinator will interface and liaise between the Marketing and Digital Production team to ensure there is an easy flow of communication and project deadlines are addressed and met
• The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team by managing the team and Omni-calendar, and ensuring everyone is up to speed and informed. Omni-calendar heavily with the In-Store Marketing Team as well, cross functional collaboration is essential to ensure brand messaging is aligned across all channels
• Responsible for executing tasks that help keep the campaigns & projects moving along. Will be juggling multiple projects with a variation of duration of project lifecycle
• The Coordinator will also be tasked to build promotional codes that will be used to generate revenue across: the eCommerce website, email blasts, in-stores and more
• Before promotional codes go live across channels, the Marketing Production Coordinator must conducting testing and QA for the promotional codes
• The Marketing Production Coordinator will also manage communication for internal projects to external vendors that partner with the brand. Will manage this communication through an internal tool used to provide updates, digital assets and expectations to third party vendors
• Marketing Coordinator will also manage digital assets for the team – this includes pulling imagery, logos, etc.
• In charge of Survey Emails that are sent out to Customers. These Survey emails will be assisting with trend forecasting for upcoming seasons, and help the team anticipate what products will be hot in the upcoming seasons!

SKILLS + BACKGROUND:
• 2-4 year education
• 2+ years experience in a similar coordinator-type position.
• Project Management skills are essential for success for this role
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs, and Project Management Tools
• Must be: organized, efficient, a self-starter and analytical
