OUR FORTUNE 500 FASHION/RETAIL CLIENT IS IN NEED OF A MARKETING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR TO JOIN THE TEAM ASAP!

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support Global Pipeline Operations in calendaring seasonal milestones and proactively resolving attendee conflicts in partnership with Leadership Administrators. This Coordinator will be responsible for staying abreast of Product 3.0 calendar changes as they impact seasonal milestones and proactively work to resolve conflicts with meeting times and deliverables as they arise. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will own the collection of seasonal marketing collateral; directives, calendars and campaign guidelines to upload to the Global Marketing Site accessed by our global marketing partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
GLOBAL PIPELINE
• Own and maintain the Pipeline Calendar, ensuring that it is aligned with the Product 3.0 pipeline calendar as conflicts and schedule changes arise
• Support Director of Marketing Operations in preparing milestone-meeting agendas and ensuring attendees are up-to-date as business teams evolve.
• Assist in writing and disseminating milestone meeting recaps inclusive of next steps and expected deadlines

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build strong relationships with key partners including all marketing and cross functional business partners
• Generate new ideas on ways to improve the work or the department
• Build leadership skills in negotiating and problem-solving at all levels
• Provide recommendations for tools and resources that allow for greater efficiency/effectiveness and streamlined workflow
• Other projects/responsibilities as assigned
