Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Loyalty Marketing Contractor will help manage a best in class rewards program, define marketing strategy and develop marketing communications. This entails working cross functionally with internal marketing teams, product teams, and analytic teams. We are looking for a strong athlete with experience in marketing, and particular experience in managing marketing communications and executing marketing plans. This role will be a critical part of our team, and a valued team member.

Specific project responsibilities during the course of the contract position include, but are not limited to:
• Work with manager to evolve our current rewards program and develop the associated marketing strategy and consumer facing marketing communications.
• Take ownership of communications and marketing program strategy & execution.
• Day-to-day manager of communications agency. Will manage agency to develop on-site and email communications related to the loyalty program.
• Develop quantitative support and scenario modeling for marketing plan elements as needed.
• Partner with other marketing teams outside of Loyalty to define marketing support required for program’s evolving objectives.
• Own Customer Centricity by collaborating with product, marketing, customer service and other stakeholders to ensure best in class consumer experience that drives engagement.
• Learn about the companies business model and marketing practices and contribute to improving our existing loyalty rewards program!
