The main objective for the Loyalty Marketing Specialist is to cross/up-sell products & services to early life customers and increase their life time value. You will do this by defining a clear post-sale pathway that ensures an outstanding and consistent customer journey. To support you in your role there is an excellent content team who you will work alongside to create and curate a range of blogs, testimonials and reviews. Key experience required:
- Development of communications to customers at various stages of the sales cycle
- Nurture existing customers through a range of various channels/touch points
- Transform customers into true brand advocates
- Personalised communications to a large customer base to promote events/products/services
- Experience with Salesforce/Marketo is highly desirable!
