Loss Prevention Program Specialist

The Global LP Program Specialist will be responsible for the development of programs critical to the client's direct business and in-line with Global Loss Prevention strategy. This team member will be responsible for developing and managing the strategy of Global Loss Prevention programs creation from inception to delivery.

 

  • Developing program strategy with a clear focus on achieving expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate and communicate with geography leaders to ensure programs can be delivered effectively on a global scale.
  • Lead the creation of program content, with engagement from critical internal partners, within existing program vehicles.
  • Ensure a measurement strategy is developed to analyze all elements of program for adoption and effectiveness.
  • Build presentations to share and socialize program strategy, elements, and progress to cross functional stakeholders.
  • Engage in core project management practices ensuring visibility and alignment to the work being completed.
  • Manage both budget and timelines associated with program development to ensure all elements are landed on time and under budget.
  • Effective communication through multiple methods including verbal, written and presentation.
  • Vendor identification, management, and communication to all elements of program management in support of collateral and branding with key strategic vendors.
  • Analysis of internal/external data across multiple sources to inform strategy.
  • Lead GEO meetings across multiple time zones to ensure consistent and clear communication and understanding.
  • Work within a matrix dynamic to ensure understanding of business direction and aligned strategy.
  • Provide weekly recaps to operational leadership providing insight into work.
