We are hiring a LOGISTICS SUPPORT ADMIN for a Supply Chain Operations Department. Logistics Support is a team specializing in exception management, working with the Distribution Centers (DCs), Home Delivery Hubs, Customer Care and Transportation.

Primary Responsibilities
• Manually input data into AS400 system to track inventory
• Produce return labels and manifests daily for all hub locations
• Provide additional administrative support to regional Hub team within Logistics Support
• Support DC to Hub trailer compliance through daily load plan audit, identification and escalation of reporting compliance issues from DCs or Hubs and completion of trailer compliance audit.
• Execute Over, Short & Damaged (OS&D) resolution process by tracking of Hub daily statistics; completion of KPI; answering emails from DCs or Hubs in response to issues; and rationalization of issues from initially identified cause to actual, actionable root cause.
• Assist with ad hoc projects

Skills Required

Job Related Competencies:
• Proficiency in Mac Office products, including Excel.
• Previous experience with high volume of data entry, executing with a high level of accuracy
• At least 2 years of operations/logistics experience with a high¬-volume specialty retailer
• Self Starter, resourceful, reliable, positive, solution¬-minded person
• Service oriented individual
• Detailed individual with excellent follow through and proactive.
