Lodging Content Associate

Lodging Content Associates support the quality and accuracy of hotel content by maintaining property descriptions and resolving requests for content updates submitted by hotels and internal teams. LCAs use editorial judgment and research to maintain hotel content, which includes property amenities and services, photos, and star ratings. Content cases range from simple to very complex.

A successful candidate is self-driven and able to work independently to complete requests accurately and efficiently while adhering to team standards. LCAs will work diligently to grow their knowledge of company tools and processes, and continue to develop their abilities to support more advanced case requests.

Core Competencies:
• Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficient reading comprehension and ability to retain details for complex content processes • Excellent organizational, time-management, and quality-control abilities
• Experience operating within multiple tools/data systems simultaneously
• Ability to learn new software and technical processes quickly
• Ability to work and learn independently, as well as collaborate with larger teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-direction, and drive
• Proven ability to resolve a high volume of work in a deadline-driven environment
• Open communication with colleagues to share best practices and flexibility to adhere to process improvements
