Administers, maintains, and supports the Automated Audit System (AAS) in the Lotus Notes Domino environment. Provides troubleshooting for client and/or server based issues. Maintains user ID’s and certifiers to include new users, terminations, and re-certifications. Participates in departmental level projects. Works independently with minimal supervision. Monitors and documents all aspects of the AAS Notes environment. Ensures all AAS Notes environment documentation is updated and current. Develops and implements standards and procedures for the AAS environment to include server setups, client installs, and administrative procedures. Ensures that standards and procedures are followed and enforced via documentation and escalation. Communicates service level and incident reporting to managers. Serves as primary point of contact on all Notes issues related to AAS. Responsible for all Notes/SMTP electronic communications with external clients. Responsible for vendor and contractor management within the Notes environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Possesses leadership skills. Understanding others perspectives. Serves as an excellent project resource. Possesses ability to develop and implement ideas to improve process workflow. Selling/negotiating skills. Training and mentoring skills. Ability to resolve extremely complex issues. Maintains broad understanding of system and module relationships. Ability to understand implication and impact of projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate/Advanced PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Lotus Notes. Strong knowledge of advanced project management skills. Excellent customer service skills. Thinks analytically. Excellent research skills and problem resolution skills.

Key tasks include the following:
1) Research and document procedures for setting up and kicking-off new Audit Projects - (This include Master ATF, Base ATF issues)
2) Research and correct "One Button" project database setup failure 3) Research and document procedures for shutting down Audit Projects
4) Research and document steps needed to setup and implement 2015 audit schedule
5) Work with Audit Management Team to setup and implement 2015 audit schedule
6) Research and correct "run time errors" that appear on a daily basis
7) Research and correct Audit Committee report discrepancy
