Lifecycle Marketing/Triggers Vehicle Support

This position is responsible for the quarterly execution of life-cycle marketing (LCM) campaigns (primarily email and direct mail) targeting US and Canada Consumers, and US Small Businesses. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, adhering to deadlines and decreasing lapse rates. 

Responsibilities 
· Quarterly execution of LCM email and direct mail for NA CSB, including coordinating pagination, products, offers, call-to-action, campaign copy, images/graphics, vendor logos/copy and funding requirements. 
· Serve as point-of-contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including merchandising, creative, production, online, services, financing, CRM & vendor funding. 
· Coordinate with production/localization resources in the US and India to ensure thorough, error-free, on-time campaign review rounds. 
· Request, organize and deliver quarterly LCM coupons from merchandisers to agency partners. 
· Maintain an understanding of both the Consumer and Small Business quarterly sales & marketing campaigns, and how LCM efforts contribute. 
· Challenges himself/herself and team to identify, develop and exploit best practices, new approaches and creative ideas for improvement. 
· Opportunity to influence and inform quarterly forecast of demand (calls & visits). 
· Consolidate and present regular reporting for key stakeholders.
